About me
Dane has spent more than twenty-five years working directly with youth and another twelve years facilitating trainings for leaders in youth-serving organizations such as US Youth Soccer, USA Gymnastics, and Boston Centers for Youth and Families. Dane earned his Executive Certificate in Strategic Diversity & Inclusion Management from Georgetown University, is an alum of the Social Justice Trainer Institute, is a certified Emotional Social Competency Inventory assessor/trainer, and an ACC certified executive coach.
